Women are like water ...

Dear ladies

It has been quite some months since we have updated.

I apologise for the delay. I have been real busy settling my stuff.

Sort of in between procrastinating and doing something about it.

That the problem when women are indecisive. Not because women are not capable of making decisions, rather I feel is that women is able to see the different possibilities of how things can be done that it can be quite hard to pinpoint the best solution without ignoring the advantages offered by the other options.

If possible, given a chance women would like to take all these options and blend them together and come out with the package that offer the best of all worlds! Sort of being kiasu.

Why is it so? I think it has to do with women are like water …

Water is flexible and formless. It can flow smoothly on any surface that it falls on and form the shape of any container that holds it.

That is why women can pick up skills easily as their mind is flexible and stretching as long they allow it to be. From way back in time, women are wearing different hats in the society, daughter, wife, mother, caregiver, teacher, and breadwinner. At work, women are filling up the different position in the workforce, office employee, waitress, manager, technicians, pilot, CEO, president, laborer, even jobs that are traditionally male-dominated. Have women become better than men?

I do not see it that way. Women, given their natural ability to adapt, are like liquid filling into the cups, bowls and jugs that these positions represent. The ability to adapt is a remarkable gift that produces amazing results. There are thousands of possibilities to how things can be done, hundreds of different results which eventually narrow down to making a difference to a person life – herself.

Think of a moment when you are like water and have learn to adapt to a situation and makes it beneficial to you and the others around you.
